Moving a live Formula 1 ticketing platform out of a disrupted AWS region
A Formula 1 circuit. Contract. 2025–2026.
Region migration, re-architecture on Fargate, and two race on-sales run in production.
I design web platforms on AWS. Then I build them and run them in production.
Building for the web since 2014. Clients in the UK, Hong Kong, Bahrain, and Bermuda span public sector, financial regulation, healthcare, sports, media, and hospitality. In 2026 I moved a Formula 1 circuit's live ticketing platform out of a disrupted AWS region. Then I rebuilt it on Amazon ECS with AWS Fargate. I run discovery with client CTOs and product owners. I have led small development teams and reviewed their code. Core stack: AWS, Docker, WordPress, and PHP. Next.js and TypeScript for headless builds.
